Privacy Policy

jackedasf is a workout logging app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it. We keep it plain on purpose.
What we collect
- Your account. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address so we can create your account and back up your data.
- Your profile. The details you give us during setup, such as your name, sex, age, height, bodyweight, training experience, goals, and preferred units.
- Your training data. Everything you log: workouts, exercises, sets, reps, weights, notes, routines, personal records, and habits like water and sleep.
- Voice you record to log. When you log by talking, your speech is turned into text on your phone. Only that text is sent to our service so we can read it into sets. We do not send or store the audio.
- Photos you snap to log. When you snap a whiteboard or your notes, the image is sent to our service so we can read the sets in it and add them to your workout. We use the image only to do that.
- Basic diagnostics. Standard technical information needed to keep the app running and to fix problems.
How we use it
- To log your workouts and turn what you say, type, or photograph into clean sets.
- To save your history and sync it across your devices so you never lose a session.
- To show you your progress, records, streaks, and stats.
- To run your subscription and give you the features it unlocks.
- To keep the app working, secure, and improving.
Where your data is stored and who helps us
Your account and training data are stored securely in the cloud using Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore), so your data is backed up and available on your devices. We work with a small number of trusted service providers who help us run the app and read your voice text and photos into sets. They may only use your data to provide that service to us.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Subscriptions and payments
jackedasf Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store. Apple handles the payment. We never see or store your card details. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription any time in your iPhone Settings under your Apple account, or from within the app in Settings.
Keeping and deleting your data
- We keep your data for as long as your account exists so your history stays intact.
- You can edit or remove individual entries in the app at any time.
- You can delete your account from Settings. This permanently removes your account and the training data we store in the cloud for you.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. No method of storage or transmission is ever completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Children
jackedasf is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.
